Rob Sacal is a Mexican-American entrepreneur and executive with deep roots in San Antonio, Texas. He is a proud alumni of Eisenhower Middle School, Churchill High School, and the University of Texas at San Antonio. Rob’s connection to the city spans decades, from childhood through a long and successful career.
His professional journey began in San Antonio with early jobs at Sears and Best Buy before joining Apple, where he became the first Mexican-born team leader. Rob is also the founder and CEO of Bracaletti, which operates a distribution center in San Antonio. He currently serves on the boards of Spurs Give and Spurs Impact and has led international builds with Habitat for Humanity.
At WarCal Capital, Rob’s mission is to reinvest in the communities that shaped his life. Through strategic real estate projects, he aims to generate long-term value while creating positive change for local neighborhoods.
Alex Warner is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and real estate investor with a strong focus on unlocking potential in overlooked properties. He graduated from Smithson Valley High School and the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he built a foundation in business, design, and strategy.
With more than ten years of experience across startups and global companies, Alex has led growth initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, and shaped creative and operational direction for firms such as JLL and Embrey Development Company. His strength lies in combining big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
At WarCal Capital, Alex leads efforts to identify high-potential assets and reimagine underused spaces. He believes in long-term stewardship, smart design, and the idea that thoughtful reinvestment can transform communities for the better.
